For a complete renovation of our new apartment on Herengracht, our broker recommended we talk with PM Projecten. We wanted to make use of the apartment as soon as possible and felt the need to settle in before Christmas. Because we live abroad and both have very busy schedules, we weren’t able to deal with much of the renovation ourselves. We therefor had to be able to fully rely on our contractor. On his professionalism and efficiency.
Paul Bruinsma and Ralf van de Beek helped us out most excellently. With extremely pleasant cooperation, they completely refurbished our apartment (125m2) in a very short time (2 ½ months). We counted on premium craftsmanship at a reasonable price and were absolutely, positively surprised by the results! Contact concerning the materials and workmanship were limited to the necessary minimum. Even if we weren’t able to be present in Amsterdam, Paul and Ralf still managed to come to the right decisions. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and appearance of our apartment. Our fellow inhabitations of the historic canal house were also very impressed with the results.

For a project consisting of both underpinning repair as well as the realization of a habitable semi-basement, I applied three principles. Trust should be placed in the budget, the planning and the craftsmen. With the underlying question: Who can I trust to take these matters out of my hands without losing control over the project? On many occasions, after all, you risk losing track due to lack of knowledge or insight on the end results. PM Projecten has demonstrably proven during the whole of nine months to be able to handle a project of such a magnitude, from drawing board to ‘turnkey’. I am very satisfied over het outcome of our extensive renovations to our buildings in the Chopinstraat. The work proceeded on schedule and there was no dawdling by PM. I also found it a big plus that PM, in addition to their thorough approach, was also capable to think alongside in terms of taste and practical experience:
Which spots, which sockets, which doors, which handles? But also thinking alongside on the locations and amounts of various details was no problem for PM. Decisions that had to be made ‘on the scene’ but have proven to be very important on the long run! In all of this…the price was communicated beforehand and checked out completely. We requested a business proposal from PM Projects. PM Projecten was quick, organised and clear in what could and could not be managed. Seeing as our project concerned not just the inside, but also the outside of the premises but also because of the monumental character and the comprehensive permit process, the process has been accompanied by multiple changes. Paul and Ralf were very flexible and came up with various ideas and solution. The result is beautifully made and the details of the craftsmanship never weakened during the process. This projects hinges with a good team of specialists and project manager Ralf! The quality is simply superb and we can really recommend Paul and Ralf, a strong team!

BREUKELEN/LOENEN
As a project developer of 41 luxurious apartments in Breukelen, and Loenen aan de Vecht, I partnered with PM Projecten for the total dismantling of the apartments. A package was put together with PM Projecten, within which the clients can vary to their hearts’ content. Some individuals didn’t quite agree with the possibilities and options of the standard package offered, and to that end PM Projecten has developed a more tailored solution. The pleasant communication, clear and concise business offers and prompt fulfilment of the agreements make this collaboration a great pleasure.
What initially started as an experiment with a model home, eventually led to the sale and completion of several apartments to the full satisfaction of buyers in the project.
